Free service. LeazeSure is free. There are no payments or paid plans.

What is reported. Both on-time and late payments are reported. Results vary, and no single action is guaranteed to change your credit scores.

One reporting service only. By signing up, you agree that you will not report the same rent through any other rent reporting service while you use LeazeSure.

Accurate proof. Each payment proof you upload must be your own, for your own rent. The same transaction cannot be used for another person's rent.

Reporting for your full lease. Reporting for your full lease is strongly recommended. Stopping early may cause your reported rental history to be removed.
